Foundation Walls -- August
We started forming our foundation walls around Aug. 1. Those vetical 2x4's are about the highth of the walls. As soon as we get the perimeter up and the steel in, we'll start on the inside forms.
 

Above, you're standing at the guest bedroom level looking up towards the front door. Those walls at the upper part of the photo will be about 20 feet tall.

At right, another shot from the garage area, looking down toward the main level.
August 21 and we're beginning to see light at the end of the tunnel -- but that could be the oncoming train.

Finally, the walls are poured. Right at the end of August.
